About the Artist
Kathy Muir is a Scottish singer-songwriter, recently returned to Edinburgh after living in Connecticut the last six years. What she is less well known for is her work behind a camera lens. Muir produces metal prints the same dimensions as that of a record album. As Muir says " let’s face it, some of the most iconic artwork was found on album covers. Printing on metal adds a further visual experience, where the image appears more detailed, more defined thanks to it being captured on this bright, vivid texture".
