About the Artist
Majena Mafe is an Australian based artist whose practice includes audio, video, multiples, performance, writing and curating. She also produces sound based site-specific, collaborative, and conceptual projects. Currently, she is a PHD researcher and candidate at Queensland University of Technology Queensland Australia. Her work has been exhibited in London, Sydney, New York City, and Prague. Recent projects include the production of a digital opera.
